SNAC 7 – Final Payment

We’re thrilled to be invited to SNAC 7, the Showcase of Northern A Cappella! The total cost of the trip per person is £64.56, broken down as follows:

  • Accommodation: £53.97

  • Travel: £5.93

  • SNAC Entry & other fees (hotel fees / 10% contingency): £4.67

From funds from last year, £100 has been subsidised for the group, bringing the cost down to £57.89 per person.

To make booking manageable, the cost is split into two payments:

  1. Commitment Fee – £15

    • Due by 22nd October 2025, but preferably as soon as possible. This secures your place on the trip.

    • Bursary support: If you are supported by the Core Bursary or any other University of Nottingham bursaries, and you feel you cannot pay the commitment fee until your bursary is paid, please contact us by 19th October 2025 so we can plan finances. (University bursary payments are expected on 28th October.)

    • If you are struggling to pay, please let us know as soon as possible, ideally before 19th October.

  2. Final Payment – £42.89

    • Due by 1st November 2025

    • This covers the rest of accommodation, travel, and SNAC fees.
